Yoga i am coming

早陣子終於去登記參加瑜珈班的試堂

結果今天有姐姐來電跟小喬了解情況,大概就是做yoga的目的、身體狀況以及平時的運動習慣。
姐姐已經幫小喬預約星期5的課堂

當天只要帶上身體、一套舒適運動裝和一個水瓶就可以了。

由於我是初學者，所以這次的課堂的最簡易程度的高溫瑜珈(←目標是要減掉肥肉!!!)
姐姐說在課堂後會有導師跟的講解/針對我的目標提出意見。

如果上得舒服，大概會認真考慮一下報名。
因為pure yoga是沒有dance class的，而小喬又很想跳舞。

一切都看星期5了，以上。

My Busy Weeks

這兩個星期放工後還四處走，很忙啊!!!

幸好下星期一是公共假期，不用上班了(撒花)

好,來報告一下這星期做了什麼~

星期一嘛，是每星期一次的日文課。
雖然每次下班後已經很累，不過我還是很喜歡日文，所以會努力的!!!!
